About the Role

Singapore Airlines is hiring cabin crew based in Singapore through its official careers portal. Online applications are currently open. New crew members begin with a comprehensive four-month training programme covering safety procedures, product knowledge, and grooming, then move on to flying duties with opportunities to grow into areas such as sommelier training, language learning, and customer-service leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years due to legislative requirements
• Pleasant personality and service-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for serving international customers
• Minimum height of 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males, required for safety and emergency procedures onboard
• Minimum qualification of 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above
• Able to commence employment within three months of application

Salary & Benefits

Cabin crew receive a basic salary during training, then an attractive monthly package of approximately SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000, inclusive of flight allowance based on hours flown. Crew are based in Singapore on an initial 5-year contract with the possibility of extension. Benefits include once-a-year free travel to any SIA-operated destination, unlimited discounted travel for crew and eligible family members, and medical, dental, and insurance coverage. Singapore Airlines recruits directly and does not charge any application or processing fees.
